Couch/Bed Cushion
OPTION: You have two options to choose from for your vinyl couch/bed cushions - Desert Tan or Slate Grey

Curtain Fabric
OPTION: A great way to add a personal touch to your van is by bringing your own fabric to be made into your curtains. We just ask that you send 3 yards of cotton material with a minimum width of 44” two weeks prior to your build! This is the easiest way to make it your own. You can also pick a set of curtains from our bin of fun fabrics chosen by our upholsterer, Ashley.
COST: No additional cost
Back & Side Windows
OPTION: We know that it can be difficult to find a van with the windows you want. Don’t fret as we can install them for you! The windows we install are factory RAM. Back windows are solid and the side windows are pop-outs.
COST: one side window $500, two side windows $900, back windows $900
Second Solar panel
OPTION: One solar panel is plenty if you drive a little most days for all installed equipment as well as charging your devices. If you expect you will be a heavy power user along with days of not driving then a second panel could be a good option for you.
COST: $350
1000 Watt Inverter
OPTION: Most of our customers do just great with the standard 400 watt inverter. If you know you have devices that require more than 400 watts then this is a good option for you. Please note that you are only going to be able to run the 1000 watt inverter at full power for about 50 minutes on a full charge. This can work very well for cooking with an induction cooktop on medium heat allowing you to cook without the use of butane. This is a great way to go if you plan to regularly cook in your Cascade Camper. We use the AIMS power pure sine-wave 1000 watt for this.
COST: $450
Integrated battery maintainer/charger
OPTION: The solar and DC/DC charger when the engine is running is more than enough for most folks. If you expect to camp in places where you have minimal sun and have a place to plug in or will store your Cascade Camper in a garage regularly for more than a couple of weeks at a time then this is a good option for you. We install a Victron IP65 charger so you can easily keep your battery topped up from any standard 110 volt outlet. The door seals are very thick allowing you to close the door on the cord without damaging it to keep your van secure when it is plugged in.
COST: $125
Extra Insulation
OPTION: Our standard insulation is plenty for most folks. If you feel like you need more we now offer an extra insulation package. This includes filing the walls, side and rear doors, and ceiling cavities with Thinsulate insulation.
COST: $800
One of a kind map pocket art panels
OPTION: Our good buddy and fantastic artist Mike has made a series of map pocket panels for us. Its like having a beautiful painting on the wall that is also functional. Photo is an example of one we recently installed for a customer. When you come for your conversion have a look at your choices.
COST: $200-$300 per side depending on the art panel you chose
ESPAR GASOLINE HEATER
OPTION: It’s an expensive option and you don’t need it but it is nice little luxury when traveling when it’s cold. While you can run it at night we personally don’t but it sure is nice in the evening and the morning to be nice and toasty in your van! This heater runs on gasoline from the vans gas tank as well as the house battery to run the fan and fuel pump. It is extremely fuel efficient using only .07 gallons per hour on high. We install the heater under the floor behind the driver’s seat so it doesn’t use up any of the valuable space inside your camper. It is a complex installation so we will need an extra day for your van build.
COST: $2500
